Tim Jozefow is as good with a hammer and saw as he is with people—that’s why he splits his time at Craftsmen between sales and fine carpentry. A laid-back but straight-arrow guy, Tim was born into construction and it stuck. He’s found success in his 17 years on the job site through the Carpenter’s Golden Rule: “Don’t do anything to someone else’s house I wouldn’t be willing to do to my own.” Happily married with four children, Tim loves to play hockey, travel the world, and watch “the old Sherlock Holmes movies with Basil Rathbone.”
